The main idea of this project is to combine artificial intelligence and genomics to make a system using genome analysis to find knowledge about the genetic profile of a person. The system should tell whether that person is an athlete or not, recommend suitable sports for him/her, check the possibility of having certain injuries, and show the effects of each genotype on him/her. Our challenge is to help athletes to improve their performance, and help them avoid some injuries that may prevent them from playing and the non-athletes to find the sport that matches them the best.
The main goal in our project is to have a system that can predict if the user is an athlete or not according
to his/her analysis, Then recommend a sport according to his/her mutation in specific genes. In the end,
our system may warn the user of any guaranteed diseases according to his genes and analysis .
• Our system main features are
1. Classifying whether the user is an athlete or not depending on 10 genes and PH-value
2. Based on his mutation in ACE and ACTN3 genes , our system will view him a descriptive analysis of his genes and will recommend a suitable sport for him.
3. In addition, The system will predict the possibility of having some injuries
