Abstract

E Learning is a learning system based on formalized teaching but with the help of electronic resources is known as E-learning. While teaching can be based in or out of the classrooms, the use of computers and the Internet forms the major component of E-learning. The fundamental concept of this project revolves around a virtual assistant that assists students who are having difficulty using Microsoft Office applications. These applications are simple to use, but the majority of users around the world are unfamiliar with the most common issues and lack the professionalism required to operate the software, Even professionals may take a long time working on word as they might forget the steps to do the required task. That lead them to interact slowly when completing any given experiment or task. The virtual assistant is going to be user friendly in order to make it easier for the students using it to overcome any obstacles while solving the experiment and the help will be served according to the student’s engagement.

1.1 Purpose

This software design document (SDD) explains how our software Virtual Assistant (VA) features is be built to meet the technical requirements. the design document focuses on the how. Our SDD is made to coordinate the efforts of our team, giving us stable reference point, and describe all parts of the software and how they will operate. It assures that the Virtual Assistant Software is built to meet the needs of the users

1.2 Scope

This document gives a detailed description of the software architecture of the Virtual Assistant System. It specifies the structure and design of some of the modules discussed in the SRS. It also displays some of the use cases that had transformed into sequential and activity diagrams.

1.3 Overview

The Software Design Description (SDD) document describes the design of the Virtual Assistant, to include system-wide design decisions, architectural design, and approach for implementing the capabilities specified in the Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document.

1.4 Intended audience

This SDD document is intended for Faculty Of Computer Science committee in Misr International

University. This document can not be used by any one without the authors or the committee permission
