Abstract
Training employees in security is inevitable because 95 percent of breaches are caused by human error. This project seeks to develop an interactive cybersecurity awareness training platform with simulated attacks that demonstrates to employees how to recognize and respond to cyber threats. The platform offers interactive modules on training that cut across the major themes of Web, Application, Wireless,and Network, together with a realistic messing around attack for practice. They include participants in simulated scenarios of phishing malware and other attacks, thus enhancing their ability to recognize threats in the real world. The platform offers the latest fresh content and new features to enhance personalized and efficient learning experiences, including and not limited to new content updates, flexible training paths, and performance monitoring tools for admins alone. The platform achieves this through its contribution to employer risk awareness and employee response, thus assisting organizations to cut down chances for data breaches, which will then improve the security posture of the organization and encourage a security culture among the users.
System Objectives
• Design and deploy interactive training modules. We shall design and deliver interactive cybersecurity training modules that shall be applicable for any role in any organization to at least 90 percent of the employees who will complete their assigned modules within three months after the project launch.
• Implement and Conduct Simulated Attack Scenarios We will implement simulated attack scenarios for Web, Application, Network, Wireless attacks to reduce the susceptibility rate of users to many types of attacks by 30 percent within six months of implementation.
• Improve User Awareness Scores through Ongoing Assessments Assessment and feedback will be carried out on a regular basis, taking the average user cybersecurity awareness score to an improved level of 20 percent within the first six months from the launch of the training program.”
System Scope

• Comprehensive reporting and dashboarding for administrators to track user performance and progress.
• After learning from lectures,On-the-spot feedback, after answering the quiz to test their learning.
• Provide scalable infrastructure to bear a large number of users at one time.
• Provide multilingual training content and the accessibility of training on any device.
• Periodic update and refresher modules would reinforce learning.
• Reduce human errors in threat detection and response, thereby strengthening the organizational cybersecurity posture.
